Rajasthan Barytes is a leading producer of industrial minerals, mainly fillers derived from Barytes, Calcium Carbonate, Dolomite, Feldspar, Marble, Silica and Soapstone.   • 1983
    Inception of Rajasthan Barytes Limited as a joint venture with RSDMC (Rajasthan State Mining Development Corporation)
  • 1985
    UNIT 1 First processing plant for processing of Barytes installed at MadrI.
  • 1988
    Our CMD Dr. M.S. Singhvi & family buy back all the shares from RSDMC. It becomes an independent company.
  • 1992
    RBL forays into Calcite and starts up a new mine for Calcite at Gayphal.
  • 1996
    RBL acquires mines for Limestone at Karoli.
  • 2000
    UNIT 2 - New plant started at Kaladwas for micronising of minerals. Acquisition of Soapstone & Dolomite mines at Karoli.
  • 2001
    Expansion & Modernisation of Madri plant by addition of 3 new micronising plants.
  • 2002
    UNIT 3 New unit at Kaladwas started for micronising of Barytes & Dolomite, under name of RBL.
  • 2005
    UNIT 4 For Usha Microns new unit for micronising of Dolomite, starts at Kaladwas.
  • 2008
    Acquisition of Kaloda Soapstone and Dolomite mines near Udaipur.
  • 2009
    Acquisition of high grade marble & limestone mine at Ambaji, Gujarat.
  • 2010
    Foray into Talc processing at Kaladwas Unit 4 - Usha Microns
  • 2011
    UNIT 5 Started the Alwar unit for serving the Northern & Eastern regions of India.
  • 2013
    Acquisition of land at Khandala near Satara for setting up a new plant.
  • 2014
    Alwar unit-2 started. Modernization of Madri plant. Installation of German Plant for micronising.
  • 2015
    Acquisition of 2nd marble mine, Ambaji & of new Clay Unit 6. Foray into Calcium Carbonate sub micronizing. Instal of cutting edge Khandala facility.
  • 2018
    Two new manufacturing units coming up at Ambaji, Gujarat and Vaizag (A.P.)
